The news from Pomorze this week is dominated by Wednesday’s sudden, devastating cloudburst which brought the Tricity to a virtual standstill.After two weeks in which the south of the country was being battered, it was Gdansk’s turn to be hit by a flash flood, following a storm in which 50 litres of water fell for every square metre.
The storm could be felt approaching from morning, but the severity of the cloudburst was totally unexpected.
