Around all of these suicides there is a shroud of mystery. It is necessary to determine whether this is not an attempt to blur the evidence
Conspiracy theories surrounding a notorious case of kidnap and murder gained added impetus after yet another man linked to the case committed suicide.Mariusz K. a 34-year-old prison guard in the town of Olsztyn was found hanging from a tree, and so became the fourth person connected to the abduction and killing of Krzysztof Olewnik to take his own life.
The son of a wealthy business man from Plock, Olewnik was kidnapped, tortured and murdered in 2001. His family, unaware of his death, paid a ransom of EUR 300,000 in 2003 believing that they would see Krzysztof again.
