Kaczynski - a chaotic character

Head of the Presidential Chancellery Piotr Kownacki has openly criticized Lech Kaczynski on a number of counts, in particular for acting in a chaotic and unpredictable manner.
Kownacki claims that the President prefers direct meetings instead of official ceremonies, which hinders work, and that he doesn't keep a diary.
"Currently there is no planning, nothing is sacred, all tremble and one never knows what one will face. (...) This incites chaos," he says.
Some believe that Kownacki may have received an attractive business contract and thus is looking for a way to leave the Chancellery. Others put the statements down to sour grapes.
