Fake pilot examiners busted

Poles have been taking to the air with a feeling of trepidation after six employees of the Civil Aviation Authority were detained following a corruption investigation into the examination system for pilots.
The dirty half-dozen were seized by members of the Anti-Corruption Bureau as they arrived for work following a formal corruption complaint made by a training company called Aviation Asset Management.
The suspects, including members of the of the Aviation Board of Examiners, stand accused of fixing pilots’ license exams in return for bribes.
