Coitus Interruptus makes sense, says report

A new report conducted by the Central Statistical Office (GUS) has highlighted the fact that many Poles believe the 'withdraw method' to be a safe means of contraception.


The findings have sparked concern from the government who have been quick to stress that attitudes need to change.

“It is reliable information derived from research conducted by GUS among Poles,” stated Health Minister Ewa Kopacz.

“These results should make us cry and not laugh. We have moved on from the time when the withdrawal method was the only method of contraception. We can now make use of a large number of contemporary means,” she went on to add.
