MEP caught driving backwards down motorway

A Polish Euro MP has been let free by German authorities after reversing the wrong way down a busy motorway.

As police prepared to arrest Slawomir Nitros, the Civic Platform MEP flashed his diplomatic passport and claimed immunity.
