Does somebody have to die again before they will intervene?
Following two incidents in recent weeks where horses trampled tourists in Krakow, the series of tragic incidents involving animals was extended this week when a 5-year-old Italian girl, Noemi, was attacked by two Amstaffs in a Krakow restaurant. Last Monday evening a group of seven Italian tourists, four adults and three children entered the Arlecchino restaurant on ul. Grodzka. When the three children went towards the toilet area they were set upon by two amstaffs belonging to the restaurant owners.
Two of the children were able to escape, but the smallest one was caught and severely mauled, requiring 90 stitches in wounds to the head and face. The girl’s father came to her rescue, “I ...
