Doctors struggle with jobs

Polish doctors are forced to hold down a number of full-time jobs simultaneously, the record being 25.
A recent report conducted by the National Health Fund showed that over half of Poland's public hospitals and health centres find themselves in this position, but are forced to turn a blind eye due to a lack of staff.
“Among the doctors who work the most, the biggest group is formed by the youngest doctors, with a residency that is shorter than seven years. Some of them, according to the documents, work over one hundred hours a week,” the report says. ...
