TVP boss under attack

Piotr Farfal, the controversial right-wing director of Polish Public Television (TVP), has been accused of behaving like the dictator of a banana republic after he refused to allow members of the newly elected board of governors into the company’s building.
Speaking on the political affairs programme 24, Peter Wawrzenski from TVP’s Supervisory Board and Law and Justice MP Mariusz Kaminski slated the former skinhead director for his bullish and “melodramatic” behaviour.
“This is like an unending soap opera with a thousand sub plots which no-one can follow,” Kaminski said.
