A macabre case came before Lodz magistrates this week in which three young men, aged 17 and 18 at the time, killed their neighbour to âcelebrateâ an eighteenth birthday and then later killed a 16-year-old colleague to see what it was like when somebody died.Prosecutors described it as one of the most horrific cases they have dealt with, particularly in the light of the perpetrators young age and the cynical nature of the crimes.
