Court fines Catholic magazine for comparing abortion woman to Nazis

A Catholic magazine in Poland has been ordered to pay a PLN 30,000 fine and apologize to a woman after it likened her to a killer for wanting an abortion and equated her with Nazi criminals.
Gosc Niedzielny (Sunday Visitor) was ordered to pay the fine to Alicja Tysiac and issue her a written apology after the judge hearing the case ruled that although Catholics are free to express their moral disapproval of abortion, they should stop short of vilifying an individual.
