ABW canteen used illegal workers

The Internal Security Agency (ABW) has been left with egg on its face after it was revealed that its canteen was employing workers illegally.


“I worked at the ABW headquarters for about 19 months,” says Agata Sobon. “In the beginning I agreed to work without a contract, but hoped to get one to pay Social Insurance contributions.”

Lieutenant Colonel Catherine Koniecpolski-Wroblewska, a spokesperson for the ABW, stated “It’s a matter between the employee and the catering company.”
