Scandal in the shipyards

The Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA) has charged the government with another case of malfeasance, this time in relation to the privatisation of the Gdynia and Szczecin shipyards.The government and the President's office traded strong words about the how this new scandal is being handled.
According to media reports, the still-classified 40-page report alleges that parts of the shipyards were sold at prices below their market value and that government officials unfairly favoured the Qatar investors who eventually won the privatisation auction. Because the report is secret, further details have not been made public.
