Rotting corpse found in woman’s bath

Police made a gruesome discovery on Thursday morning after being called to a block of flats in Lodz by neighbours complaining about the smell.
Inside they found the rotting corpse of 53-year old Wieslaw C. stuffed into a bath. In the next room sat a 56-year old drunk woman.
“We are carrying out an autopsy now to determine how this man died. As for the woman, we are waiting for her to sober up before questioning her,” said police spokesman Radoslaw Gwis.
“As yet, we don’t know what her relationship to the deceased man is. According to neighbours, neither she nor the victim have been seen for about ten days.” ...
