Poland should knock down Warsaw’s Palace of Culture - a gift from Stalin in the 1950s - says Radek Sikorski.The country’s foreign minister believes the tower, which dominates the capital’s skyline, is a symbol of communism and should be destroyed in the same way the Berlin wall was 20 years ago.
He also claims that the building is eco-unfriendly, consuming vast amounts of energy and money. ...
