Lech Kaczynski tells the nation why it should be proud
President Lech Kaczynski issued a rallying cry for a “new patriotism” to protect Poland from alien influences during a passionate speech in central Warsaw to mark Polish Independence Day on November 11.Evoking the spirit of Poland’s past struggles for national preservation and liberation, Lech Kaczynski called on Poles to unite and fight to protect Polish ways from undesired influences emanating from a united and powerful European Union.
