A battle is raging at Gdansk’s International Airport between the official taxi company and independent taxi drivers who, it is claimed, are ripping off passengers, charging twice the normal rates. The most visible sign of the ongoing struggle between the two sides is the fluorescent yellow waistcoats being donned by the drivers from the City Plus Neptun company which holds the tender for taxi services from the airport.
