Dog eats dead owner

A starving dog ate its dead owner after being left alone with the body for a full three days.
Henryk Wasilewski (52), a retired miner from the southern town of Bytom, had keeled over and died in his home after seemingly having had too much to drink.
The gruesome discovery was eventually made after neighbours became concerned and went round to check on him.
“I knocked on the door but all I could hear was an ominous growling from the dog. I let myself in with a spare key and the stench was overwhelming,” said close friend and neighbour, Eugene Olczyk.
“I went into the lounge and saw Szarik (the Alsatian) standing there, baring his fangs next to Henryk’s mutilated body.”
