Tusk ponders dropping from presidential race
There is a high chance that Donald Tusk will not run in this year’s presidential elections.
In the upcoming few days, final discussions will be taking place within Civic Platform (PO) in order to establish who their candidate will be in September’s election.
But according to Polska daily, it is still uncertain whether or not the current PM will be standing after being quoted as saying, “I am 90 percent sure that I will not be a candidate.”
One of the reasons that has been suggested for his delay in announcing if he will be in the running is the lack of credible candidates from inside Civic Platform’s ranks.
