There were dramatic scenes at the TVP headquarters this week when a man handcuffed to the outside railings and doused in petrol demanded to speak to presenter Jan Pospieszalski.

The ‘Worth Talking’ host eventually spoke to him for a few moments and accepted a briefcase containing documents regarding an ongoing and unresolved litigation case involving the man, before persuading him to hand over his lighter and un-cuff himself.

“I cannot really talk about it, as I am in cooperation with the police at this time,” said Pospieszalski.
