The visually impaired will be unable to vote independently in the upcoming presidential elections.

According to Kazimierz Czaplicki, secretary of the National Electoral Commission, “To enable this requires a draft electoral code, which is currently being worked on by a committee in the Sejm.”

“Perhaps by the next elections, a Braille-card scheme will be in place.”  ...
