Law and Justice (PiS) has condemned the investigation into the Smolensk crash as and demanded that Poland takes over the running of the investigation.

Breaking the cross-party solidarity that followed the plane crash that claimed 96 lives on April 10, Arkadiusz Mularczyk, a Law and Justice MP, made clear what his party felt about the probe into the accident, by stating that it was "flawed".

With PiS voicing increasing scepticism over the progress of the report into the crash, which along with claiming the life of party founder Lech Kaczynski also accounted for other leading PiS members, the party said that it was drawing up a parliamentary resolution calling for Poland to take over the ...
