Law and Justice (PiS) has condemned the investigation into the Smolensk crash as and demanded that Poland takes over the running of the investigation.
Breaking the cross-party solidarity that followed the plane crash that claimed 96 lives on April 10, Arkadiusz Mularczyk, a Law and Justice MP, made clear what his party felt about the probe into the accident, by stating that it was "flawed".
