Prosecutors say Wojciech J. and Michał G. attacked their victim, whom they met at a drunken party in an apartment where he was staying with some friends, after calling him a beggar and a bum. They charge that Michał G. punched the man repeatedly, while Wojciech J. threw the television set at him. When it fell apart, he allegedly continued hitting him with the broken picture tube. Both men face 10 years in jail.
