Authorities in Moscow are to charge four Russian airmen for stealing credit cards from the scene of the Smolensk air crash in which President Lech Kaczynski and 95 others died.
According to Vladimir Markin, a spokesman for the investigation, the men have already confessed, but have yet to be arrested.
While a number of cards were removed from the site, it is believed that only one was used successfully. It belonged to Andrzej Przewoznik, a 46-year old historian and head of the Council for the Protection of Struggle and Martyrdom Sites.
