Russians inspecting the crash may have been drunk
It has been suggested that Russian inspectors, in charge of investigating the Smolensk air crash, could have been drunk whilst on duty.
According to Victim’s Agent Rafal Rogalski, it is highly conceivable that some inspectors were not fully capable of carrying out their tasks.
“It is not exactly certain as to what extent they were able to work. While original records show that those in charge underwent a medical examination, it is now unclear if that is actually the case or not. This raises the suspicion that someone may want to conceal the fact that some of the people there were intoxicated.” ...
