Popular Polish clothes shop Reserved has been accused of stealing an image for use on one of its T-shirt designs.

The image of a girl sitting in a field belongs to 19-year old American photographer Rockie Nolan who is less than impressed that the photo has been taken and used without her prior consent.

But despite issuing a public apology on Facebook and offering to pay Ms Nolan a USD 150 fee, with a further offer to use six additional photos, the clothing giant is now being threatened with legal action.
