AmRest, the operator of KFC’s Polish restaurant chain, has donated a playground to the children of a school in the northwestern town of Brzeżno.AmRest, the operator of KFC’s Polish restaurant chain, has donated a playground to the children of a school in the northwestern town of Brzeżno, the company said in a news release on Dec. 18. AmRest’s gift comes on the back of its regular donation of 1 percent of its revenues to the Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility to help pay for its Hot-Meal-A-Day programme that feeds more than 2,500 children in BrzeŸno and other towns in the economically depressed area.
