Police are hunting for the stag killer

Police in Pszczyna are hunting for a person who sneaked into an animal sanctuary and brutally carved up a prize stag.

Keepers were horrified when they arrived at the pen to find the six-year old stag’s antlers and hind legs laying next to his head.

Head keeper Grzegorz Adamczak said, “This is just appalling. It looks like he was attacked with a knife or a machete. We are devastated.”

“We will do all we can to find whoever carried out this disgusting act,” said Police spokeswoman Karolina Blaszczyk. ...
