Five families are due to sue over crash
Five family members of the Smolensk crash victims have notified the State Treasury Prosecutor’s Office that they wish to sue for damages.
Marcin Dziurda, Head of the Prosecution, said that while the cases may go to court, an out of court settlement could perhaps be arranged.
“I will meet with the families at the end of August ... when we receive the analyses, then we will know whether there will be a settlement agreement or whether to take the matter to court,” he said. ...
