A breath test put the alcohol level at 1.8 percent
An American pilot was apprehended by border guards at Warsaw airport this week after acting in a suspicious nature.
An initial breathalyser test by police showed him to have a 1.6 percent level of alcohol in his body. A second test put the level at 1.8 percent.
The pilot, who works for UPS Cargo, has not been as arrested, due to Polish laws stating that it is not in fact illegal to be intoxicated at an airport. He is, however, currently being questioned by prosecutors. ...
