The opening of the new Legia stadium witnessed 11 goals
The opening of Legia Warszawa’s new stadium last Saturday, with a friendly against Premier League giants Arsenal, was a festival of the kind of goalscoring you can get when there are Polish keepers at both ends of the pitch. In a match that ended 6-5 to the Premier League side, defensive and goalkeeping errors abounded in an entertaining, but sloppy affair.
