A recent vote in Lodz City Hall was falsified when one councillor voted twice, using the electronic registration card belonging to her party colleague who had momentarily left the chamber, Super Express revealed last Friday. In response to the accusation, Iwona Bartosik of the Democratic Left Alliance (SLD) held a press conference, at which her partner in crime, Jozef Niewiadomski, failed to show.
