I don’t see anything to worry about. I was proud of the stadium, and I’m still proud of it.
All hell broke loose this week over the contents of a leaked UEFA report concerning Poznan’s new stadium, which apparently states the building doesn’t meet the organisation’s criteria and raising the spectre of Poznan not being able to hold matches there during Euro 2012. The criticisms range from small details and go all the way up to a damning assessment that, “The overall concept of the building is misconceived.”
Rumours now abound that Lech Poznan, who are scheduled to play Red Bull Salzburg in the first round of the Europa League on the 30th of this month, will have to play this match and all successive matches in the competition in Bydgoszcz, who have offered themselves as a ...
