Manager Jose Maria Baquero has been 'yellow carded' by owner Wojciechowski
All is not well at Polonia Warszawa, despite being top of the league, following a sub-standard performance in last weekend’s goalless draw away to Widzew. The owner, Jozef Wojciechowski, intends to drag the manager in for a make or break meeting this Thursday, with the sack a distinct possibility for Jose Maria Baquero, the former Barcelona star.
“It’s a yellow card for Baquero. What the hell’s going on? I’m not paying the players EUR 400,000 a year to battle against relegation.
