Irving's tours will be closely screened due to his controversial views
Disgraced historian David Irving has sparked controversy with details of his Second World War tour of Poland.
Later this month, the Holocaust denier will give a guided trip to some of the country’s most notorious WWII landmarks, including the Warsaw Ghetto and the Treblinka death camp, where an estimated 800,000 Jews were murdered between 1942-43 by the Nazis.
The week-long tour, which costs approximately PLN 7000 per head, has provoked strong reactions from officials and the entire trip will be followed closely by agents from Poland’s secret service.
