Radziszewska has even come under fire from within her own party
The government’s equality minister sparked outrage after she said Catholic schools had the right to sack gay and lesbian teachers, and then apparently ‘outed’ a gay man live on breakfast television.
In an article for the Catholic paper Gosc Niedzielny, Elzbieta Radziszewska, a member of the Civic Platform (PO) government, argued that Catholic schools could discriminate against homosexual members of staff as their sexuality was not in fitting with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
