Gulak's idea has now been patented
A 69-year-old man from Kielce has claimed to have invented the first ever car fuelled predominantly by water.
Jan Gulak, a Doctor of Law, says the vehicle’s engine runs on 65 percent water and only 35 percent petrol or oil.
After driving over 40,000 miles in his 25-year-old Mercedes on four litres of water and three litres of petrol, Gulak has patented his new idea and is now seeking investors.
“When I was a student, I thought if the engine heats the water there must be a way of turning that into power. And now I’ve done it,” he told daily newspaper Fakt. ...
