The Poznan faithful celebrate sitting top of the group
Lech Poznan produced a stunning performance to defeat the moneybags of world football Manchester City 3-1 on ul. Bulgarska last night. The Polish champions approached the match in the relegation zone, with a manager of two days’ standing and received permission from the local authorities for the game to go ahead only hours before kick-off, following crowd trouble at the weekend (see brief below).
