The 30-year-old Turkish gunman who police believe shot dead a Polish citizen in a clothing warehouse has been tracked down and arrested.
Erik A. was found and taken into custody by officers on Wednesday, but has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The shooting took place in the commercial suburb of Janki, located 12 km south of Warsaw, on Monday. Police believe that the gunman and the 45-year-old victim went inside the warehouse in order to finalise a cash exchange transaction and an argument followed. The gunman then fired twice at the victim, one of the bullets fatally wounding him.
