After 10 years of loyal service, Kaminski says that he has been left feeling ‘hurt’
Turmoil in the Law and Justice (PiS) ranks intensified this week with a senior figure claiming that he was told that if he wanted to save his head from the chop he would have to reveal details of a private meeting with party dissidents.
In a television interview for the channel TVN24, Michal Kaminski, a PiS MEP and one of the most recognisable faces in the party, said that a leading figure in the party had asked him to turn informant in order to save him from the sack.
“I got a call from one of the members of the PiS governing committee, who suggested that if I wanted to avoid some bad luck, I should divulge the details of the meeting,” said Mr Kaminski.
