Marek M., a 25-year-old caught trying to abduct a 9-year-old girl in the town of Filipowice this Monday, has been remanded in custody for three months by a Krakow court. The attempted kidnapping occurred when the girl was on her way to school. The man jumped out of his car and grabbed her, pulling her into the vehicle.“The girl’s grandmother was walking along the road opposite, accompanying her younger grandchild who recognised her sister’s things lying on the pavement. The grandmother, seeing the man restraining the little girl, began shouting for help and tried to open the door to the car.
