Skra's win "wasn't an easy victory"
Skra Belchatow trounced world champions Trentino Volley 3:0 this week in volleyball’s League of Champions. “The Italians are favourites, but we’re not going to play them on our knees. We’ll try to spring a surprise,” Skra’s trainer, Jacek Nawrocki, said before the match. Despite the scoreline, every set and every ball was fiercely contested, but it was Skra that came out victorious to top their group in the Final Four stages of this year’s championships. There was understandable jubilation at the result.
