Russia refuses radar tapes

Polish officials have yet to receive a reply regarding the radar tapes
New unofficial reports have suggested that the Tupolev Tu-154M presidential aircraft involved in the Smolensk disaster was not picked up on the airport radar, despite being only kilometres away.
The crash, which killed President Lech Kaczynski and the other 95 on board, has been the cause of much controversy, with many Polish officials unsatisfied with how the investigation has so far been handled. Russia’s refusal to hand over the radar tapes from the Siewiernyj tower has done little to help matters.
