Police are quizzing paramedics in the north-eastern town of Lomza over a video which shows them pulling a number of children on sledges behind their ambulance.
The vehicle, which had just transported one of the children’s 10-year-old friends to hospital after his sledge had crashed into a car, was captured on film by a stunned pedestrian who couldn’t believe his eyes.
“It seems an idiotic thing to do, especially as a few minutes earlier they’d had one of their passenger’s best friends in the back because he’d been doing something dangerous,” said a police spokesman. ...
