Rogers Cole-Wilson has become something of a cult star
The eastern city of Bialystok has made international waves recently for unexpected reasons - its weather forecasts.
Viewers in countries as far flung as Egypt, Australia and Mongolia have been logging online to check out the new black weather forecaster and the two minute clips from his shows on TV Jard have already had over half a million hits on youtube alone.
But despite having become something of a cult star, Rogers Cole-Wilson simply laughs off the attention and puts it down to just fun and games.
