A lack of elephants has caused the holiday maker to sue the travel agent
A Polish man has decided to sue a travel firm after a safari vacation to Zimbabwe failed to supply him with any elephants.
Waldemar I. chose to holiday with German-based firm Jaworski Jagreisen, who specialise in hunting trips. But due to his lack of success, he is now hoping to claim back PLN 32,000 to cover his costs.
“They sent me to a part of the country where there were no elephants. Getting a trophy was not going to happen,” he told daily Rzeczpospolita.
During a court session, the head of the company said, “That terrain is difficult and quite hilly, but finding elephants is possible.” ...
