'Headhunters' will decide the new PZU board
Leading insurer PZU is has stated it will use ‘headhunters’ to find a new president and members of the board for its new term.
With the end of the current term fast approaching - end of June 2011 - the wheels are already in motion and according to PZU spokesman Michal Witkowski anybody who meets the required criteria can apply for the positions.
However, when asked if current board president Andrzej Klesyk would be in the running for the position, Mr Witkowski refused to comment, adding that “the proceedings are confidential”.
