A Polish monk has made waves across the country by recommending married couples do more shopping at online erotic stores.

Speaking with students at the University of Lodz, Father Ksawery Knotz said there was no shame in purchasing sex items over the internet before going on to actively encourage it.

In a move that is certain to rub hardened church-goers up the wrong way, he advised that couples should experiment with sexy lingerie - and not just the ladies. “There is no reason why the husband cannot be creative with items such as g-strings,” he said.
