Poland prepares EU presidency plans

Defence Minister Bogdan Klich has revealed Poland's plans
Modernising military equipment and better cooperation with NATO will be Poland’s main defence priorities when it takes EU presidency on July 1.
During the six month term, Minister of Defence, Bogdan Klich, has stated that Poland will also begin turning existing EU battle groups into ‘quick reaction forces’ and allow the participation in military missions of a number of non-EU states.
In addition to this, the minister pointed out that tougher legal frameworks should be established for missions which involve cooperation between NATO and EU forces, such as Kosovo or Afghanistan. ...
